A lot of people are afraid of making purchases online, and we fully understand. However, CyberBingo uses special software and devices so that it will be impossible for hackers to get on our system.
First of all, registration details are securely stored on encrypted pages and on a computer separate from the internet, so there’s absolutely no way for hackers to view or make use of such personal information.
Additionally, you can also put your mind at rest regarding credit card details. To allow maximum security, we only store the first 6 digits and the last 4 in our database. The remaining numbers need to be filled in by the player when making a deposit.
Although we’re making our part to protect all information given, there are still some things that only you can work on:
- Never disclose personal information in bingo rooms – All players can see what you typed so don’t ever give email addresses, telephone numbers etc on any online chat room.
- Don’t reply to emails asking for passwords – There’s no organisation, including CyberBingo, which will ask for your password so NEVER reply back.
- Never share your password with anyone – Your password is the key to your profile, so make sure that you keep it safe.
Enjoy our safe play at CyberBingo. See you!
