A Walk in the Park

When was the last time you took a walk in your local park? It’s true — surrounding yourself by greenery works wonders for your well-being — scientific fact! It lowers blood pressure, you relax, and you get fresh air. But that’s not the only reason you should go out for an amble. The leaves are about to start turning on the trees — mother nature‚Äôs beautiful fireworks. And of course, it also burns off calories. Why not take the kids as well — the latest playgrounds are absolutely fantastic — I have to restrain myself not go on them myself!

Local parks often have ornate flower beds and they are the perfect place for wildlife spotting. Birds, squirrels, butterflies — why don’t you see how many species you can spot? There’s no doubt about it — going to the park is wonderful, but my favourite part is coming home and playing Internet Bingo at Cyber. Register today to play Internet bingo at its best in our fabulous 90 and 75 ball rooms. Signing up and joining takes a matter of seconds — it really is a walk in the park.
